ArchiMeds is an artificial intelligence platform specialized in Brazilian medical education. The product is built for medicine — and also used by students in other health sciences programs — bringing together AI chat, clinical cases, automatic summaries, and smart flashcards.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Be a student or professional in the health sciences
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your account confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

ArchiMeds is a paid service. There are three plans, and all three give you access to the entire product — only the term and billing method change:

• Monthly Plan: billed monthly in advance, no lock-in — can be canceled at any time
• Quarterly Plan: a three-month commitment, billed in up to 3 installments
• Annual Plan: a twelve-month commitment, billed in up to 12 installments, at the lowest price per month
• There is no free plan or trial period without payment
• 7-day guarantee: full refund if requested within that period from the date of purchase
• The current price of each plan is the one published at archimeds.co/pricing and at checkout

ArchiMeds and all of its content (algorithms, text, designs) are our property or licensed to us. You retain the rights to the materials you upload, but you grant us a license to process them and improve our services.

Content generated by the AI can be used for your own studying, but it cannot be sold or redistributed without authorization.

ArchiMeds provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee that the AI's information is 100% accurate or up to date. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We may suspend or cancel your account in the event of a violation of these terms, misuse, or activity that harms other users or our services. You can cancel your account at any time through the platform's settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the court of the user's home jurisdiction or in the courts of São Paulo, SP, as applicable.
